Good Luck James!

Kick Boxing coach James Russell has been training hard preparing for the ICO European Championships in Germany this weekend. Team GB leaves on Thursday for the competition which will hopefully see James bring back another title to Total Dojo.

James started training in our childrens martial arts programme and is a testament to what can be achieved with hard work and dedication.

I’m all of you will join us in wishing him good luck as he represents his country.
