Congratulations to everyone who took their kickboxing grading this weekend – on the hottest day of the year! There were some superb performances and all the instructors were impressed at the effort you all put in. It is always inspiring to see people pushing themselves to achieve more and especially when the hard work pays off. Well done everyone.

It does appear that it was all good fun judging by the picture and as you can see in the video everyone was looking sharp. Congratulations again guys and girls. Keep up the good work.
