Congratulations to James Russell – European ICO Gold Medalist!

Massive congratulations to James Russell for winning the gold medal at the ICO European Championships in Germany last weekend. After 2 hard fought battles James emerged victorious to add another medal to his winnings this year – including gold at the WOMAA games and the WAKO English Lightweight title belt and was a finalist at the prestigious ringmasters event. Its been an amazing year and its not over yet. James will be fighting for the WFKKO European K1 title on 10th December.This is going to be James’ toughest fight to date against an experienced Dutch fighter. You will no doubt see James training hard over the coming weeks so lets all wish him good luck once again and support him in bringing another kick boxing title to Total Dojo.
